01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and fcb888 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by fcb888.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any FCB888 service, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at fcb888. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us immediately.

03 Registration & Account Management

When registering a fcb888 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Required details include your full name as shown on your identity card, phone number, date of birth, and bank or digital wallet details.

Identity Verification (KYC)

FCB888 carries out an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) to ensure the safety of all members and to comply with industry regulations. You may be asked to submit the following documents:

• A clear front and back copy of your identity card (MyKad).
• A screenshot or bank statement showing your name and account number.
• A selfie holding your identity card if required by the verification team.

The KYC process is typically completed within 24 working hours. Until verification is complete, temporary withdrawal limits may apply. This is a standard procedure to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. FCB888 recommends using a strong password — at least eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your password with anyone, including FCB888 staff. We will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.

Withdrawal Policy

05 Bonus & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Return to Player Percentage (RTP)

Sports Betting

• All confirmed wagers are final and cannot be reversed.

Technical Disruption

07 Prohibited Member Conduct

FCB888 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward dishonest or rule-breaking behaviour. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to assist gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the sports betting or table game system (collusion).
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unfair advantage.
• Making suspicious financial transactions, including chargebacks (chargeback) after winnings are withdrawn.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Reasons for Account Suspension

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, attempted money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Requests from authorized authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Account Closure at Member's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting the FCB888 support team. Before closing, please ensure you have withdrawn all available balance, as FCB888 is not responsible for any balance remaining after the closure takes effect.
